Counselling Services
Atlas Counselling provides confidential counselling services to all individuals 16 years old and over.
Atlas Counselling does not currently offer couples or family counselling services.
One-on-one sessions are offered either in-person, face-to-face in the Atlas Counselling counselling room, or online using the Zoom platform.
By arrangement, and after an Initial Session, Atlas Counselling can provide face-to-face session off-site at a place agreed to in advance between the client and their counsellor.
Other Services
In addition to counselling services, from time to time Atlas Counselling run’s psycho-educational group workshops. When they are booked they will be listed on the Group Workshop page and promoted through the Atlas Counselling Facebook page. If you have not done so already, ‘Like’ the Facebook page to get updates.
